April 1, 2014       Committee of Ten Meeting – Catlin Band Room

All committee members present except Bob Wright.

1. Meeting called to order
2. Approved minutes from March meeting.
3. Fact Sheet/FAQ – We will finalize this at next meeting.
4. Community Engagement

1. Different ways to approach this were discussed.
   1. Door to door
   2. Social organizations – Lion’s Club, Women’s Club
   3. Churches
   4. Contact former board members
   5. Town Hall meetings
   6. Facebook/Twitter
   7. Information Booths at Strawberry Festival/Sidell BBQ
   8. Recent graduates
   9. Current students
   10. Media – give a formal presentation
   11. It was suggested that people partner together one from Catlin and one from Jamaica when speaking to people.

1. Final Report/Consolidation Plan

1. Jeff Fauver went through entire report.
2. Jamaica Board has suggestions for revisions to the final plan.
3. Catlin Board will see at their meeting if there’s anything they want changed as well.
4. The COT will meet again to approve any suggested changes.
